Our free consultation is a no-pressure, 15-minute call designed to explore your fitness goals and challenges. It's an opportunity for us to chat about your aspirations, see if we're a great match, and determine how I can best support your journey.
What to expect in a personalized session?
Our sessions are all about you. We'll focus on your individual needs—whether you're looking to build strength, gain muscle, lose fat, or simply boost your overall fitness. Each one-hour session is crafted to help you reach your goals. All you need to bring is a drink for hydration, a small towel, and a positive attitude. Let's get started on your journey to a better you!
Where is the gym located?
Our gym is situated in the City of El Segundo—a fantastic, semi-private facility. The only rule here is to treat the space with respect and leave it better than when you arrived.
